Blake Riesenfeld (b. 2004 Philadelphia, PA) is a UC San Diego Visual Arts - Media undergraduate student. His multimedia practices capture the relationship between trace and ghosts, often invoked through superimposition. Riesenfeld’s great-grandparents, having narrowly survived the Holocaust, escaping Würzburg, Germany, in 1938, are an epigenetic touchstone for his work.
